William L. Miltner
Director of Legal Affairs
William is the founder and managing Partner of Miltner and Menck, a San Diego based civil litigation firm that specializes in Real Estate, Construction and Intellectual Property related disputes. Mr. Miltner obtained his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, and his law degree from the University of San Diego. At the 10th Anniversary Celebration for his law school class, he was selected as the Alumni of Distinction from over 240 classmates.
William’s father William Clifton Marsh served in the marines in the Vietnam War and made the ultimate sacrifice when he was mortally wounded in February, 1968. For his bravery during the fatal battle, he was posthumously awarded the Silver Star.
William has a lifetime of caring for all types of animals. Currently he resides with two dogs, Scout and Fernando, three cats, Kennedy, Binx and Bella, and three chickens, Karen, Heniffer Aniston and Henneth Paltrow. His house is full of animal activity and the love that comes along with it.
In his spare time, William enjoys bike rides along the beach, and golf with his friends. He hopes to bring his legal experience to the Hounds and Heroes Foundation, and assist in the successful growth of the same.
